a) Job Specifications
Duties and responsibilities: -
- Handling customer complaints;
- Updating and managing the website and social media;
- Keeping a data book of complaints and ensuring prompt responses in line with the Communication policy;
- Maintaining of customer and stakeholders' database;
- Maintain photo/media database to ease retrieval;
- Take photos during events and special visits;
- Monitoring communication responses expected from other departments.
b) Persons Specification
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
- Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Excellent Communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Report writing skills;
- Proficiency in Computer Applications;
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
c) Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical skills and keen to details.
d) Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
